Nature of the Agreement
By using the 6xix ("Platform", "we", "our") website and services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("user", "player") and 6xix.

Account Registration & Management
One Account Policy
Each person may create only one 6xix account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.
Account Security
You are personally responsible for your login credentials, password, and all activities on your account. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Verification
In the interest of security, 6xix may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or security reviews.
Source of Funds
The user must confirm that funds deposited into their account come from a legitimate source. Any attempt to deposit funds from an illegal source will result in immediate account cancellation and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Right to Refuse
6xix reserves the right to refuse or suspend any deposit or withdrawal request for reasonable cause, particularly where fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
The 6xix welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000
Wagering Requirement
The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 15 times, applied only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit + bonus combined).
Bonus Usage Policy
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- Bonus balance and cash balance are kept separately.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in cancellation.
- 6xix reserves the right to start, modify, or end any promotion.
VIP Program
6xix has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher tiers based on regular participation.
Betting, Gaming & Fair Play Policy
Fair Play
6xix is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are conducted according to defined rules. Attempting to gain winnings by exploiting any technical or software error is strictly prohibited.
Automation & Cheating Prohibited
Bots, automated software, collusion, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Sports Betting Rules
It is the user's own responsibility to review correct event information before placing sports bets. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, 6xix will settle bets according to the defined rules.
In Case of Technical Errors
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, connection issue, or any other technical reason, 6xix will determine the outcome based on recorded data. This decision will be considered final.

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 6xix and the user. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
Language of Communication
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. Customer service is available in both Bengali and English.
